1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "wee99", "we", "us", "our" refers to the wee99 platform and its operating entity, accessible at wee99.net.
• "User", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the wee99 platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a User upon successful registration on wee99.
• "Platform" means the wee99 website, mobile-optimised interface, and all associated services and content.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the currency in which all wee99 transactions are denominated.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required before withdrawals are processed.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback or reward issued by wee99 subject to its own specific conditions.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any stake placed by a User on a sporting event, casino game or other outcome offered on the wee99 platform.

References to a singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 To register and maintain a wee99 account, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
• Be a natural person with legal capacity to enter into binding agreements;
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law;
• Not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or close family member of any employee of wee99 or its affiliates;
• Provide accurate, complete and current information during registration and maintain that information throughout your use of the platform.

2.2 wee99 permits only one account per person. Using multiple accounts, sharing accounts, or permitting another person to access your account is strictly prohibited. wee99 reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts and forfeit associated balances.

2.3 wee99 reserves the right to decline registration or close any account at its discretion, without obligation to provide reasons, where it reasonably believes these Terms may have been or are likely to be violated.

3. Account Verification (KYC)

3.1 wee99 is required to verify the identity of all users before processing withdrawal requests. You agree to provide, upon request and within a reasonable timeframe, the following documents:

• A clear copy of your valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) — both sides;
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of JazzCash or Easypaisa wallet registered in your name);
• Any additional documentation wee99 reasonably requests to satisfy its identity and anti-money-laundering obligations.

3.2 Failure to provide KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by wee99 may result in withdrawal suspension. wee99 is not liable for delays in processing withdrawals that result from a User's failure to complete KYC promptly.

3.3 All documents submitted to wee99 are handled in accordance with the wee99 Privacy Policy. wee99 does not share KYC documents with third parties except where required by law or by its regulated payment processors.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 All deposits to wee99 must originate from a payment method registered in the User's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned to the source where possible.

4.2 Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard and USDT TRC20. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by method and are displayed at the point of transaction.

4.3 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where operationally possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500 for most methods. wee99 aims to process withdrawal requests within one to six hours for JazzCash and Easypaisa; bank transfers may take one to three business days.

4.4 wee99 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers (including JazzCash, Easypaisa, and banks) may apply their own transaction fees, for which wee99 accepts no liability.

4.5 wee99 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification, or where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 All bets placed on wee99 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type. These rules are available within each game or betting market on the platform and form part of these Terms.

5.2 A bet is confirmed only once wee99 has displayed a bet confirmation reference number. wee99 accepts no responsibility for bets that fail due to network interruption, device malfunction, or browser incompatibility on the User's side.

5.3 wee99 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or market that was offered in error, or where the odds were manifestly incorrect due to a technical fault. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the User's wee99 account.

5.4 Results for cricket events — including PSL, international Test, ODI and T20I fixtures — are determined by the official result declared by the governing body. wee99 will not honour bets settled against an official result.

5.5 In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time without notice, particularly around key match moments (wickets, boundaries, DRS reviews). Bets placed after the relevant event has occurred but before the market is suspended may be voided at wee99's discretion.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 wee99 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback and promotional credits from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including minimum deposit thresholds, wagering requirements, qualifying game types, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps on bonus-derived winnings.

6.2 Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be met in full before any withdrawal can be made. Attempting to withdraw before meeting the requirement will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings attributed to it.

6.3 Bonuses are intended for recreational use only. Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim promotions, using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, or systematic exploitation of reload offers — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and balance forfeiture.

6.4 wee99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time, including for Players who have already received a bonus but not yet completed wagering requirements, provided reasonable notice is given where practicable.

7. Responsible Gaming

7.1 wee99 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide the following tools to all registered users, accessible from the account settings page after login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts in PKR;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive on-screen notifications after a defined period of continuous play;
• Reality Checks: Pop-up summaries of net session profit/loss at user-defined intervals;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend betting and casino access for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days;

7.2 Once a self-exclusion is applied, wee99 will use reasonable technical means to prevent the excluded user from accessing the platform. However, wee99 cannot guarantee that a determined individual will not circumvent these measures, and Users remain responsible for not attempting to access the platform during an exclusion period.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not, in connection with your use of wee99:

• Provide false identity information during registration or KYC;
• Use automated software, bots, scrapers, or scripts to interact with the platform;
• Exploit technical errors or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engage in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or collusion with other users;
• Use your wee99 account for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity;
• Attempt to access another user's account without authorisation;
• Charge back, reverse, or dispute a legitimate deposit after using the deposited funds to place bets.

wee99 may report suspected criminal activity to relevant authorities and will cooperate fully with any law enforcement investigation.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on the wee99 platform — including but not limited to software, game titles, graphics, text, odds data, branding, and logos — is the intellectual property of wee99 or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any wee99 content without prior written consent.

9.2 Game content on wee99 is provided under licence from third-party studios including JILI, PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, and Evolution Gaming. All rights in that content remain with the respective rights holder.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wee99 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill arising from your use of the platform;
• Service interruptions caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance;
• Losses arising from network outages, ISP failures, or device malfunctions outside wee99's control;
• Decisions made by a User in reliance on odds, statistics or information displayed on wee99 that subsequently prove incorrect.

10.2 wee99's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11. Termination and Suspension

11.1 wee99 may suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if we are required to do so by law or a regulatory authority, or if continued operation of your account poses an unacceptable risk to wee99 or other users.

11.2 Upon closure for cause, wee99 may forfeit any account balance. Upon closure for reasons unrelated to user fault (e.g., market exit), all verified funds will be returned to the User's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

11.3 You may close your wee99 account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Pending bets will be settled normally. Outstanding balances (after settlement) will be refunded to your registered payment method once KYC is complete.

12. Amendments to These Terms

12.1 wee99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by notice on the platform or by email to registered Users at least seven (7) days before the change takes effect, where practicable. Continued use of wee99 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12.2 If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must close your account before the amendment's effective date and withdraw any remaining balance.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

13.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which wee99 holds its operating licence.

13.2 In the event of a dispute, you agree to contact wee99 support in the first instance and allow a reasonable resolution period of 14 days. If the dispute remains unresolved, it may be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism specified in wee99's licensing framework.

13.3 It is each user's sole responsibility to ensure that online gambling is legal in their jurisdiction before registering or depositing. wee99 makes no representations regarding the legality of its services in any specific location. Pakistani users are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
